We are ready for the summer, the cars are all now on summer tires (except one, just in case). If you need to get to or from the Airport or perhaps a medical appointment in the City or Kentville please drop us a line to check availability. Most of our fares are published on our website to help with your planning.
We have not increased our airport fares this year even with the higher gas prices, however some of our medical fares have or may increase slightly unfortunately.
Please be aware that with effect from 01 December 2023 we will operate a limited schedule between 11pm and 7am. This is to ensure the safety of both our drivers and our clients during the often poor winter night driving conditions in Nova Scotia.

We now have our first Hybrid SUV up and running . We plan to add further Hybrid/Electric vehicles in the future.
Its the time of year when we review our fares and have decided we have to increase most fares. The increases will be less than 5%.
The fare increase will come into effect for travel from 01 April 2023.
During the winter months we have a very limited availability for drives at night (travel between 10pm and 8am). This is for the safety of our clients and drivers during inclement weather or poor road conditions.
Please consider an overnight stay in one of the airport hotels prior to or after your arrival at Halifax Airport. Please email the office for more details.
Annapolis Valley Travel will continue to request that our clients wear a mask or a face covering when travelling in our vehicles if they have any flu like symptoms or feel unwell.
With the continued rise in the cost of everything, in particular gas and the servicing/maintenance for our vehicles, it with with regret we are increasing our fares. The new fares will be for all bookings received after 01 July 2022. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to our customers.
Annapolis Valley Travel will be offering a reduced service between 01 May and 25 May due to staff vacations. We will still be operating 7 days per week / 24 hours per day, subject to limited availability.

This helps to ensure that should there be any rapid rise is COVID case numbers now that the Provincial mandates are lifted, our drivers and clients are kept as safe as possible. We will review this policy in April 2022
